Pretzels















Emboldened by my king cake success, I decided to make pretzels.  And, though once again I thought I had killed the yeast, they turned out great.  Is there a book out there called, "Making Awesome Leavened Foodstuffs"?

I could send you my Great-Aunt Sarah's bread recipe. Start with 9 cups of flour, add a handful of sugar...Your pretzels look great.

You know what would taste awesome on those? NUTELLA...oozing down the tops...
