Pizza Abomination
The Tuna-Eater is a terrible cook. Not because he sucks at cooking and always burns/ruins things, but because he concocts nightmarish foodstuffs. Like hot-dog covered pizza.
So unnatural.

I was going to suggest the food network, but I sense that Tuna-Eater's problems are of a deeper nature. Hot-dog covered pizza is just wrong!

Is he pregnant?
Perhaps it's a regional delicacy in Yellow Knife or in Ireland? An acquired taste? After all, what's pepperoni but extra spicy hot dogs?
