Pennsylvania Poutine
Yesterday after work I stopped at a little shop in the Market and picked up some 'Fresh Cheese Curds,' then I called Mum to ask her to pick up some french fries for tomorrow (Wednesday) and said that I had gotten a packet of dehydrated instant-poutine sauce at the grocery over the weekend.

I couldn't let the leftover cheese curds go to waste, so we had Poutine tonight and thought of you. It was almost as tasty but not nearly as much fun as when you were home. I don't know if there is meat normally served with Poutine but we had chicken breast and it was a good combination.
